Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Full Belly Media and to your use of this website. By engaging us or using this site you accept them.

We provide lead generation, website design and motion graphics services. The exact scope of any project is set out in the proposal or quotation we send you.

Prices quoted are for the scope described in the proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins.

Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts and the balance is due on completion.

To keep a project on schedule you agree to:

• - Supply the content, brand assets and information we ask for
• - Provide feedback within the agreed timescales
• - Ensure you have the right to use any material you supply to us

The number of revision rounds included is stated in your proposal. Additional rounds or changes of direction are charged at our standard rates.

Delivery dates are estimates based on receiving materials and feedback on time. Where a turnaround time is stated, it runs from approval of the brief and supply of all required materials.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers to you on full payment. We retain ownership of working files, templates and internal tools, and may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

We do not guarantee any particular commercial result, ranking, volume of enquiries or number of sales. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control.

Either party may end a project in writing. Work completed up to that point, and any committed third-party costs, remain payable.

Our total liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
